1. No Cash Refunds
As per UAE consumer protection and gold trade regulations, cash refunds are not applicable for gold and jewelry purchases once the transaction has been completed.
2. Exchange Policy
- Gold jewelry items may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Exchange will be made at the prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange.
- Making charges, wastage, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
- Custom-made, special-order, or engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
- In the unlikely event that a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify our staff immediately.
- The item will be inspected, and if found to have a manufacturing defect, it may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
4. Diamond, Gemstone & Customized Jewelry
- Diamond and gemstone jewelry may only be exchanged if returned within 3 days in their original condition and packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5. Online & Prepaid Orders
- For online purchases, exchanges can be made in-store under the same conditions as above.
- Delivery, payment gateway, and other handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Proof of Purchase
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and any authenticity certificates provided at the time of sale.
